Asian Fusion provided a look into Asian culture at JJC
In honor of Asian Pacific American Heritage Month, OMSA, International Student Club and Epicurean Club sponsored the Asian Fusion event at JJC, which included entertainment and activities that demonstrated a look into several cultures.
There was no admission fee, but food was between $1 to $4 at the Taste of Asia Food Sampling.
Entertainment included Indonesian dance performers, koto and flute performances and belly dance performances.
Other activities participants got involved in were Henna tattoos, calligraphy, Japanese tea demonstrations and tables that held traditional Kimonos.
