Hello all and welcome back to our fourth week of classes!
I know this article is a bit late, but you know what they say: better late than never!
Sept. 10: enjoy pizza with the president of the school from noon till 1 p.m. on the Bridge. Ask questions, enjoy free food, and just have an overall great time.
The Gamers Club is also having a fundraiser from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Sept. 11: there will be a Tribute to 9/11 located at the Flagpole at 8:45 a.m. It will follow with refreshments in the cafeteria.
Sept. 12: Leadership Lesson is an opportunity for students to qualify for a $500 cash scholarship. Attend at least 6 hours. Black Student Leader Association will be having an event to for Sickle Cell Awareness from 10 a.m to 1 p.m. at the D-Info desk. Club Collaboration will be meeting from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. in A-1002 as a clique for club leaders to gather and talk about issues and get information. Check it out clubs!
Sept. 13: Flat Tire Talks talk put on by OSA “the wheel of human development and needs” where topics of coverage aim to help students cope with stress. This is from noon to 1 p.m. in D-1010 Student Government is from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. in A-1002.
